On the afternoon of January 7, 2025, in Room 704, Ho Hao Hon Campus, Ho Chi Minh City Open University welcomed and held a working session with KCV Consulting and ELE Education.

Attending the meeting on behalf of Ho Chi Minh City Open University were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha – President of the University, Dr. Senior Lecturer Nguyen Thuy Nga – Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dr. Nguyen Ly Uy Han – Head of the Chinese Language Department, Dr. La Thi Thuy Hien – Lecturer in Chinese Language Department, and Mr. Hoang Diem Phuc – Lecturer in Chinese Language Department. Representing the companies were Mr. Simon Shi – General Director of ELE Education Co., Ltd., and Mr. Tran Hong Phuc – CEO of KCV Consulting. Also in attendance were representatives and employees from both organizations.
In his welcoming remarks, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha – President of the University, expressed his delight and gratitude to the leaders of KCV Consulting and ELE Education for their interest and cooperation, which has created learning and working opportunities for students majoring in the Chinese Language Department.

At the meeting, Mr. Simon Shi – General Director of ELE Education Co., Ltd., and Mr. Tran Hong Phuc – CEO of KCV Consulting, provided detailed introductions about the development process and specific activities of their respective companies.

Emphasizing their commitment to collaboration. In an open and enthusiastic spirit, the parties proposed several important cooperative initiatives, including: organizing HSK (Chinese proficiency certification) exams; establishing a Chinese language center; developing a 2+2 joint program; facilitating student exchanges; and supporting students with internships and job placements after graduation. Additionally, all parties expressed a desire for further discussions to establish long-term cooperation in the future.
