On the morning of December 18, 2024, in the Tradition Room at Vo Van Tan Campus, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held a Signing Ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and cooperation discussion with Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Nam Sai Gon Branch.
